Ultrasound tomorrow (2 weeks post miscarriage)

I am so nervous to go tomorrow and have an ultrasound. I asked the receptionist if she really thought I needed it and she said yes and I would need a DnC if everything didn't come out from the pill. I hope I am fine I really want to move on. I don't want this to drag on anymore.

    FX everything is out and you don't have to have a d&c. ((hugs))

    I just had a D&C yesterday, since apparently I had been carrying the miscarriage for 6 weeks since its death.  Glad I did it so I can move on after laying around and crying for 3 days straight.  It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, just cramping afterward like your period.

    I hope your appt goes well for you today and that your body has taken care of everything.  I am hoping mine does too.  I never realized that this process could take so long.

    I think it's a good idea to go and get the reassurance that your body shed everything.  I feel that any bit of reassurance in this awful storm is one step closer to healing.  I hope you get good news today.

    I know it is so excruciating to have to go to any medical facility after experiencing a loss like this. I had to get an ultrasound after I passed everything naturally, so they could make sure it was all gone. I'm so sorry and know that we're here for you. Once it's over it is one more step further toward healing.
