Farts and BMs

So my LO does not have BMs between 8-7 when he is asleep. He is pretty much STTN, waking up btwn 4-7 to nurse. During this first morning feeding session he farts like crazy the whole time he's eating, and then btwn the hours of 6am and noon he's having major BMs and gas. I guess he's bound up after a long night of sleep. Anyone else's LO become a morning pooper?

    My son is a morning and night pooper, sometimes just morning, but I can always expect the morning poop... around 9am.

    My DD likes to wait and go every 3-4 days so she is sure to make a HUGE blow out.....and it must only happen when she is in her car seat so I have to take it all apart and wash it....she is so thoughtful! :)

    DS is the same, he wakes up every morning and farts like crazy, and they are super stinky man farts.  He usually poops every morning as well but yesterday I went to the local breastfeeding group and he had a huge blowout and Mom's were literally gagging it stunk so bad ( I was embarrassed and a little proud, lol)

    Yep, he rarely poops overnight now, but LOVES to fake me out with lots of gas that I swear is poop so I get up at 3am to change him and surprise NOPE just gas!

    But he always starts the real poops (and they are big ones) around 6-7am, and will have a few before noon.  Then he starts saving it up again.

    My LO almost always poops after her first bottle, sometimes twice, once almost immediately after the bottle, and once after her first nap of the day.

    Morning pooper here, too. In fact, most mornings I wake up to her tooting and not crying lol. It's pretty funny to hear farts through the monitor :)

    @bhjones1980 I used to think he was pooping too but when his diaper is super wet like MOTN, it's just his buttcheeks flapping away in the diaper. lol.

    all of this.  M has been waking up every.single.hour overnight from uncomfortable gas.  We tried gripe water last night and he slept from 8-11 (first three hour stretch in a few days), but then back to up-every-two hours the rest of the night.  Stupid gas!

    My LO poops 3-4x per day and we actually do both. During the day while he is at the sitter, his bottles are half BM and half formula. But then I BF him the rest of the evening and thru the night / early morning.
