Please return my stereo face plate. Seriously, it is worthless to anyone but me. The car is 12 years old and the stereo is 10 years old. Plus, you can't do a thing with it without the stereo, which, of course, is still in my car.

Stop flipping your shit every time you have to pick DS up when he gets sent home sick from DC. It isn't going to be any different anywhere else. Geez. Stop being such a drama queen.

Your stress is stressing out this whole family. Being a SAH parent has it's good and bad days and I realize DS is a handful (remember, he came out that way) and DD is screwing with her naps. Pick your battles. You are doing a kick ass job and I wish you could turn it down a notch and quit the bickering with DS. Give him some space-- you will be impressed.
We haven't had a date in months and I hope we can do that soon. I know I got PO'd when I heard our friends are going away for the weekend sans kids and have 4 grandparents nicely arguing over who will watch the darlings. We don't have that and we can do just fine based on what our parents taught us before they had to leave us. It sucks that our kids won't know them but we gotta do our best to teach them all they taught us.
I love you so much. We need some "us" time ASAP.
