  Did you get one already?  I'm so excited because my son LOVES playing kitchen but we don't have a play kitchen- so I'm making him one with some spare kitchen stuff, some stuff from ACE hardware, some paint, wood and an old nightstand.  I think it's so much fun to make your kids toys(and we can't afford much).  If you aren't super into crafting I wouldn't suggest starting a big project(Especially with twins, I can't imagine lol) BUT it would be cheap and fun and they would have a very different kitchen than other kids and maybe you could model it after the REAL kitchen!

  I actually have not purchased one yet.  I have seen some of those DIY kitchens on pinterest and they are SO adorable.  I just don't think I have the time to do one right now and I really want them to have one before their birthday next Saturday.  Thanks for the suggestion... I do like crafting and would have loved to make my own but won't have the time!!
