  Things I love about fall, probably pretty close to in order:
  
  Football, going to the pumpkin patch with my son (now sons), Halloween, Thanksgiving, my birthday, cooler temps, it slows down at work (minus Thanksgiving week)

  The bad thing is that most of the polls only let you vote for one thing.  I do like the cooler weather and good apple cider especially if it is fresh, not pasturized which is hard to find any more.  I also like watching football on television.
  
  In Akron, the local parks have a hiking spree that my wife and I have done every year since I got back from Oklahoma.  This will be the third year for my son, if he isn't too heavy to carry when he gets tired.
