So I made ratatoulle in the slow cooker today...and was thinking of pureeing it for M. It has some black pepper in it...MIL thinks that she might like it too much and then not want non spiced food. Thoughts?
The same way I disagree that feeding baby fruits first will make them not like vegetables.
I think baby reacts to food (likes/dislikes) based somewhat on how parents react to them.
I say, go for it.
*also, I'm surprised that she didn't say that baby probably wouldn't like it because of the pepper. (That's what my MIL complained about. She was shocked that I would give LO stuff with garlic or any type of seasoning/spice in it)
