My baby is always pointing at the fan? Why?

She points a lot in generally at anything and everything but more often than not she is pointing at the ceiling fan. We snuck into her room this morning and she was just sitting in her crib pointing at it. Does your baby do this? Neither of my nephews do this. Just curious why she does this.

    My son points at everything he likes and/or wants. Sometimes he'll gesture for me to pick him up and then point around at different stuff, steering me like a ship. I bet your son points at the fan because he thinks it's awesome!

    DS did this all the time. I think babies are just fascinated with the movement of it.

    DD still does this sometimes. She thinks the fan is funny.

    DD has always loved ceiling fans! She is fascinated by them. Still points to them like, "look mommy!" So cute. I think this is normal.
