Periods after c-section

Hi Ladies,

This is sort of unrelated to babies.. but I am needing some advice! I had a C-section with my son 6 months ago. 1/17/13. I pumped for 1 month (latch issues) and my 1st period started at the beginning of march. I had normal/regular periods march, april, may, and june. Well....July came and went and no period. I kept feeling like I was going to start and didn't. then towards LATE july I had egg white-ish Cervical mucus (sorry about TMI) and was wondering if I was ovulating WAY late. Anyway...here I am 3 NEGATIVE pregnancy tests later on August 3 and still no period. I am not pregnant/ we are not trying! Just wondering if anyone thinks this is just my body trying to get back to normal still? I may be stressed a little....but just curious as to why I still haven't started. I've never really missed a period. Thanks in advance!

    thank u. I stopped pumping after 1st month. I had 5 periods in a row that were normal and on time. now im going thru this. I think stress put my ovulation WAY off (causing my period to be late) but still the fact is I haven't had a period since June!

    Probably your body is still sorting it out?? I only had 3 periods after my c/s before I got pregnant again so I'm not sure. I guess keep testing once/week till something happens!
