My son will suck on his arm all day long it seems like. He is not hungry or fussy. It's just something he does, I guess?

    It's just a self-soothing technique. My daughter had a mark on her arm when she was born from sucking in utero. :)

    J does this to my arm when I cut his nails! Lol I always hold him facing out on my lap. I fully expect he'll leave a mark one time. He's just soothing himself.

    When he does it on his upper arm we say he is kissing his muscles, thanks ladies I will show this to DH to say see he is not just hungry lol
