How did you do on last weeks challenge to do 50 crunches per day?
This weeks challenge is to do 50 calf raises per day.
GTKY: This week let's do a brag or vent post. Are you doing great with your weight loss goals? What is the key to your success? Are you failing miserably at your goals? What is keeping you down?
FYI - I'll be on vacation next week, so there may or may not be a HWW. Feel free to talk amongst yourselves, or take the week off and eat pinwheels. (Taking the week off and eating pinwheels is terrible advice. Don't listen to me. But that's what I'll be doing!)

Goal weight: 125
Week's progress: +1 from last week, even since I started HWW
How did you do on last weeks challenge to do 50 crunches per day? Um, I did it zero times. I totally forgot. I suck.
This weeks challenge is to do 50 calf raises per day. Already done for today, woohoo, I'm ahead of the game!
GTKY: This week let's do a brag or vent post. Are you doing great with your weight loss goals? What is the key to your success? Are you failing miserably at your goals? What is keeping you down? I guess I'm failing miserably. I am still the same weight I was when we started HWW. The biggest thing holding me back is my wrist and the surgery. I can't do anything with my hand at all. So no weights, no pushups, no tricep dips, no nothing. And I don't want to run or anything and get my brace all sweaty and funk bc I have to wear it for several more weeks. And I'm just feeling really depressed about the whole situation. I can't even pick up my baby or change her adorable fluffy diaper. So I keep breaking my diet and treating myself (and drinking lots of wine and cocktails) to try to make me feel better. So there's my sob story.

Week's progress: +2 lbs (Ack!!!)
How did you do on last weeks challenge to do 50 crunches per day? My brain conveniently blanked on doing this.
This weeks challenge is to do 50 calf raises per day.
GTKY: I finally lost a few pounds last week, but this week it's back on! I haven't eaten terribly, but I haven't been working out either. I think I'm going to order some good earbuds so that I can guilt myself into jogging again. :-p
Goal weight: 120
Week's progress: I think I was 148 or 150 a few weeks ago... So I am making some progress!
How did you do on last weeks challenge to do 50 crunches per day? I was waiting for my 6 week pp check. And I was cleared today so no more excuses.. Except bfing! Hehe.
GTKY: Well I'm just now 6 weeks pp, so that's my excuse! Haha. I'm hoping that bfing will help drop the weight but I haven't seen it yet, but I think it's still soon. Plus this baby is a weight! My ultimate goal is to run a marathon in the next couple years. So I plan on getting back into running once baby is old enough for the jogging stroller. Until then my main focus is stretching, yoga, resistance training and walking AND of course eating healthy. I eat a cup of oatmeal everyday for breakfast. I think that will help with more than milk supply.
Goal weight: 131
Week's progress: In the 130s!!!
How did you do on last weeks challenge to do 50 crunches per day? Um...I don't think I did the check-in last week, lol. But, I am doing the 30 Day Shred, and that's lots of abs! lol
GTKY: This week let's do a brag or vent post. Are you doing great with your weight loss goals? What is the key to your success? Are you failing miserably at your goals? What is keeping you down? I've got a brag! My soccer team from high school is having a reunion game in a couple of weeks, and someone was having shirts made, but they were going to be like $30, so someone suggested we wear our old jerseys...well, I got out my soccer jersey, and, 10 year later and 4 months post-baby, it fits!! Which made me super happy. All of the weight I have left to lose is in my stomach right now.
:-/
@unaveragejane - sorry about the 2 lbs. have fun jogging!
@YellowLily2013 - congrats on your clearance to work out! BFing didn't help me lose any weight, I had to eat so much to keep my supply up, that I think it actually made me gain weight! But FX it works for you.
@JmeJme - way to go! Great weight loss, and awesome about your HS jersey!
@CatalinaPink - can't wait for you to get your clearance and join in the fun!
