  I started using Avveno Essentials when I was pregnant with DS and never stopped! You want to try and stay away from salicylic acid so no acne wash

  I started using Dr. Bronner's pepperment bar soap for everything. I think it maybe even working better than my old face wash!

  because it was made specifically for pregnancy. I've heard great things about it through friends who have used it.

  I use cetaphil and it is listed as one of the safe ones.
