Shoe sizes

My DD is 13 months now but with the summer clearances I was thinking of getting a few sandals for next year. I know kids grow at different times, etc. But if you remember what size your child was at 12 months vs 24 months, I would appreciate it.

DD is in a 4 right now. She pretty much skipped over 3's, she had a major foot growth in June and went from 2.5 to 4 really quickly.

    I honestly can't remember but I agree with the PP. Shoes are not something I'd ever try to guess on.

    They are $1.99 at Children's Place so its not a huge expense but they are really cute. I just wanted to get an idea.

    DD is 3 and has very small feet (she is in a 6 still) so far she seems to go up a size about every 6 months. The only shoes I buy in advance are shoes she can wear year round. But if they are really only a couple of bucks then itis not that big of a deal if she ends up not being able to use them

    He was a 4 at 12 months, a 6 at 18 months, and a 7 at 2 years. He's an 8 right now and I think I'll buy 8.5 - 9 for the fall.

    DS was in size 4 at 13 months. He's in size 6 now at 26 months.

    DD wore size 7 the summer she turned 2. She gains about a size a season, 8 over the winter and 9 this summer.

    BFP 11/09 - DD 7/10 - BFP 8/11 - M/C 9/11 - BFP 6/12 - DD - 2/13

    My DD is 2.5, and she's been in size 6's since her 2nd birthday.  Her foot growth has slowed down quite a bit.  But I bet she'll be in 7's for the winter.

    I don't remember what my DD wore at 12 months but this summer (2yrs) she started at sz 7 and I just had to buy some new sandals to hopefully finish out the summer and they are sz 9.  I would never be able guess a year out what size she will be wearing!

    DS wore the same size all last summer but has gone through three sizes already this summer, so we're not shopping ahead.

    at 15 months- he was a size 6

    at 21 months - he was an 8

    at 25 months he was and 8 1/2 wide

    at 2 1/2 he was an 8 1/2 -9

    at 3 he is a 9

    At a year...I think he was in size 6? Maybe 5s. I'm struggling to remember lol. He's currently in 9s.

    If they are shoes that could be worn anytime, like sneakers, I'd go ahead and buy because they can always wear them early. But sandals/snow boots I'd just pay full price because I swear their feet are impossible to predict.

    His seem to grow in odd spurts where he'll be in one size for months and then jump ahead every 4-6wks a few sizes and then stop again. I'm hoping now that he's two the growth overall will stay slower and he can wear everything longer lol.
