Birthday present help

My younger brother is turning 19 this month, and I'm completely stumped as to what to get for him... He lives at home, lifeguards full time, just bought a motorcycle, eats basically nothing but meat and doritos, is seeing some girl but they're not serious enough for him to introduce her to the family yet, is totally hilarious, and may or may not be starting college in September. Oh, and he's raising chickens in my parents' back yard. He just shrugs when we ask him what he wants, so that's no help. I'd like to keep it under $50... preferably in the $30 range.

Ideas? Go!

We got my BIL a tattoo gift certificate when he turned 18. He already had one (that his mom had to give permission for) and was wanting more so it was perfect. I like the motorcycle gloves idea. You can always get a gift receipt so he can exchange them if needed.
