I am in the midst of trying not to freak out right now and remembered how much people on here helped during my first pregnancy, so thought I'd ask here.
I'm on BC, but fudged up a wee bit taking it a couple weeks ago. Missed a night and tried to play catch up but the pill fell down the sink

I've had babies on the brain for a few months now so I'm super paranoid I'm pregnant all the time. This time I'm seriously paranoid though... my fiance doesn't pull out when we have sex nor will he wear a condom. So that adds to my paranoia.
I've been peeing more, crazy moody and really wanting a lot of asian foods. I only had the peeing thing and some aversions to smells during my last pregnancy. Today I started spotting brownish, red. Minor cramping and well, I'm always tired (I blame that on work and school though).I Went and took a urine test this morning at home (before spotting occured) and it was negative. My ovulation week was last sunday thru friday. Yes, we had sex. No, he didn't pull out. (Sorry for the TMI)
I'm just curious to see if anyone else had a similar experience to mine and found out they were preggers or if maybe I am just crazy

I have an appointment tomorrow morning to get results and hopefully clear this up for me.

If you and your fiancé haven't discussed having children and aren't both on board right now, I strongly suggest using a back up method should this happen again. Did you inform him that you missed your pills? Did he refuse to wear a condom and ejaculate inside of you with or without that information?
And yeah, no need to go to the doctors office. Wait until you get your period/withdrawal bleed or wait a week and test again. It's a waste if time and money.
I am going to the doc's to be sure I don't have a UTI and see if my spotting is due to missing the pills.
I believe this community forum is called "Babies on the Brain" so I thought it was safe to ask this seemingly harmless question here since I have been thinking about have another child like crazy since I've FINALLY found someone that is worthy to be called the father of my children.
Turns out people have become extremely rude on here since I gave birth almost 2 years ago. I am saying this after reading the other forums prior to posting my question.
I know as of right now I am pregnant. But you always hear about that odd story where someone was prego even after they had their period, or had a negative test (because they tested too early).
I am going to the Doctors to see if I have a UTI or something else is going on since I have been having the constant bathroom problem for a while and minor cramping along with it. Eating right and exercising aren't helping it so its doctor time.
I was just worried about being pregnant because my career can't handle it right now. If I were to get pregnant though, my career and his, will be fine as will everything else.
Thank you for not being judgmental and rude in response to my post.

TeeJ thanks for the advice. I have not idea how calculating and tracking ovulation works outside of entering my cycle days into a calendar. Which adds to my paranoia.
In case anyone was wondering,I am paranoid mostly because I work in an area with carcinogens and other stuff that is harmful to me as it is. Having a baby of ANY size in me while I go in that building is something I want to avoid but that's virtually impossible. I won't even take my almost 2 year old in there. If I were to get pregnant, I would have to be taken out of my job and moved somewhere else, which puts a pause on my career for 21 months at least.
The odd stories you hear are usually just women who really don't track or temp, so they have no idea when they actually ovulated. Sure, there are some exceptions, but that is really rare.
Women aren't being rude. They are being honest. Neg test=empty uterus as of right. Test weekly, don't go to the doctor until 60 days without AF.
Yeah, she's one of those people.
I have one in my office. When my coworker got KTFU with #2, she walked around telling everyone how upset she was that she got pregnant, that she wasn't planning to have anymore kids, that she was planning on quitting her job to stay at home but now she can't, etc. Then she kept asking me how I didn't catch on that she was pregnant since she had stopped drinking soda. Finally I told her that I don't monitor what she drinks and that since she went on and on about how she didn't want anymore kids, I assumed that she was on BCP and taking steps to prevent that from happening. Her response, "Oh I was on BCP, but I couldn't remember to take them so I just just stopped them. I figured I was 31 so I wouldn't get pregnant." Yeah, that's not an unplanned pregnancy, that is stupidity. Oh and last week she was telling me about how she forgot to take her BCP 6 days in a row, I won't be surprised if she "accidentally" gets KTFU with #3 soon.
OP- I agree with GM. If it really is vital to your career that you not get pregnant now, then why are you having unprotected sex when you missed some pills? You are more than capable of telling your partner to put on a condom or no sex.
