We got the Boulevard thinking we'd want the extra protection, but didn't go any "higher" bc we were worried about it fitting in our Camry. This is going to sound bad, but all the extra protection is kind of a pain to deal with. But I'll be glad if god forbid, we get in an accident, right?
It's a little tricky to figure a few things out - things like releasing the straps (you have to pull the chest buckle, not the strap itself), tethering the back of the seat, adjusting the buckle. But once we read, and reread the guide, and played around with things, we got it.
I like that it has little features that are convenient though - the buckle stays out instead of slipping under LO when I put him in, you can velcro the strap to the sides to make getting in and out easier, and the headrest/straps are adjustable quite easily. Also, I like that it fits in our Camry pretty well.
We have a Roundabout 50, Roundabout 55 and a Marathon. The Marathon is definitely nicer and has more padding, but DD doesn't really seem to mind one over the other. The Marathon does have a higher weight limit, but at 4 my DD is only 28lbs so I don't see her outgrowing the weight limit on either seat any time soon.
We have the Boulevard and love it. We haven't had any issues with it and DD loves it. She use to scream in her infant seat and we have no problems with the new seat.

We have the marathon. I like it, but the straps always fall in behind LO when trying to get her in (even when they're velcroed on to the side). I kind of think that's most car seats though...
