The Bradley Method insight

Hi everyone! Has anyone or is anyone currently taking the Bradley Method as their birthing classes? Thinking about taking them but would like some feedback before I start. Thank you!!!

    I'm a FTM and unfamiliar with that one. I was looking into the hypnobirthing method myself. hut I'm curious as to the Bradley method.

    Hi,  I only know a little about the Bradley Method. When I brought it up to my OB (Cedars Sinai), she did not support it.  She recommended hypnobirthing instead.

    I've heard some great things about Bradley, but I've also heard from a lot of people that they spent all that time and money and wound up regretting it. For me it just didn't make sense to be spending every Saturday for 3 months in a childbirth education class. We are taking a 4 week class (every Sun) that pulls from all different methods, and hired a doula instead!
