So, time has come to dry up my minimal milk supply. My choice to BF turned into EPing and is preventing me from taking meds I need to be taking. So I turn to you lovely ladies. What helped you the most? I'm icing pretty often, taking Ibprofen, and thinking dry thoughts. I wanna speed this up it's a pretty uncomfortable (read OUCH!) Any suggestions or advice or anything would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Pretty please no flames. I made it 6 months against doctors orders not to avoid my meds that long and put myself at serious risk. I don't need anyone's guilt.
Re: Best ways to dry up milk- Sans Cabbage please!
I could never have EP'd for 6 months. Ladies who EP have my utmost respect and awe. Congrats on 6 months and you have no reason to feel bad for anything!

We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.
