The 'party' we throw is going to be in the early afternoon because that is K's least cranky time. Since we are inviting other kids, we are hopefully also giving them some time to get home and unwind before bed. Who the hell knows what time the party my MIL throws will be.
Pretty much the same, except there's only 1 party for us.  She usually naps (well, at least at 9 months...) around 2-3 but we can push her for a bit if she's super entertained.

  • I have not even begun to plan yet but I am guessing 12-2

  • I'm pretty sure we're just doing treats and cake instead of a full meal, so I think we're starting around 3. A friend had her 3 year old's party at 10 am this weekend, and I think it was a nice time, but I really don't want to do all the food that I would need to do if I had it around lunch time like that.

  • We are planning for around 11. Since he will be waking up form his first nap and he won't go down again until around 2 or 2:30.  Although his nap schedule could completely change by then.
