So, for his 10 month birthday yesterday, Grayson decided to embarrass the shit out of his Mommy at Ruby Tuesdays. I was out to lunch with my Aunt and Grayson was in his stroller next to our table. I, God Forbid, glanced down at my menu and all of the sudden out of the corner of my eye I see the stroller flying across the restaurant. Has someone stolen my baby!??! Wait, where is my baby??!?! Oh, he turned around backwards, slid himself out of the bottom of the stroller (why doesn't my stroller have a bar or something between his legs under the sippy cup/snack tray) and onto the tile floor and then proceeded to push his stroller across the room. Then, when he figured he got far enough away, he just crawled under a bar stool. This literally all happened in about 10 seconds. The waiters and waitresses were all standing at the end of the bar right near our table just talking because it was dead, luckily. So at the same second that I noticed this all happening, so did they and they were like "umm...is he allowed to do that?". No, he's not, lol.
Mom of the year right here. I guess I'll for sure be strapping him into the stroller on all outings.
Re: I'll just push my own stroller.....
I usually just use the highchair in restaurants, but the Ruby Tuesday is attached to the mall and we were shopping and there really wasn't anyone in there so I figured instead of having to go back out to the car I might as well just let him sit in that.

Ah gotcha.
