I love it and did it regularly before I was pregnant. I am in pretty good shape, generally (run ~30 miles per week). I have stopped with the yoga since I found out. I'm currently 9-10 weeks. I'd love to go back and I'm feeling really blobby and soft. How bad of an idea is this?

I'm worried about the temperature of the room. Its not Bikram, but they keep it at ~80 - 85 degrees. Its definitely hot and I'm soaked with sweat after a 90 minute class. I can certainly bring lots of cold water and take it easier than I normally would if I feel myself getting too hot.
For the record, my doctor didn't seem concerned, but he's not really concerned about anything and I'm not sure he really focused on the fact that its a very warm room. He was just like, "oh exercise, keep doing it, it great!"
