I just emailed my neighbor, who owns a cupcake bakery, about making cupcakes for Charlotte's birthday. Previously, I was going to save money and do it myself, but I have neither the time, talent, nor the inclination. I am what you would call lazy.

On the upside, her party is getting fancier as I am getting lazier.

I am a steadfast member of this club!! I get bursts of motivation to do things but then Wyatt will call me or do something cute or breathe and I'm totally distracted by him.

I am totally having my sister, who is a pastry chef make DD's cake, even though her new baby will only be a month old at the time. I could make something but no way it would look nice at all!

I'm having his smash cake made, but I decided to save $40 and make cupcakes. I'm regretting it already and his party is next week, lol!

I'm making the cupcakes but they'll be from a box. H keeps talking about looking up recipes, but no f'in way am I making them from scratch. There's no decorations or theme. We're going to the park across the street to play outside. I'm so impressed by these ladies with it all together but that's just not me!

A coworker of mine is making all three of our cakes. I've never made a birthday cake for DD. If she wanted just a plain old cake maybe, but not something for everyone to see lol.

I normally belong to this club, but hard times call for work. Ah well.. I"m saving like $40 on the cupcakes. Or possibly more because the way that I'm planning on doing them, they probably would have been about $60.

I don't consider myself the least bit lazy. However I'm not much of a baker and I had Lila's cake made by someone with expertise in sculpted cakes. It tasted far better than anything I would have made.

I bought Micah's cake and always will. I make cakes.cupcakes from the box so I'll always buy his cake
