end of a great weekend.. and start of a new motivation

Had a great weekend at the cabin and baby's first lake visit... she LOVES the water which makes me so happy.

Also saw pictures of me in the water with her. While I am very proud of myself for not letting my insecurity and vanity stop me from experiencing the lake with her and I had such a great time playing in the water with her.. I am doubly motivated to make next years pictures look more like a MILF than the image I am now...

It starts tomorrow... no more coffee (all I do is add tons of sugar) .. 2 mile morning walk while dad works... lots of water, healthy lunch.... I can do this... a year from now I'll be so glad I did

In other news.. missed you guys and your stories.. looking forward to catching up when sammie goes down.  Her cold never progressed past the congestion in her nose but she still has it....

    Glad baby girl didn't get any worse! And it sounds like a great weekend. I hear ya on the changes!!! I am with you! I finally got down to pre preggo weight and I stopped trying! WTH?! So I'll keep you motivated if you'll do the same for me =D>

    Maybe we could do a weekly fitness/health check in? I need it, badly! I am friends with @shaunnna on my fitness pal, but could use all the help I can get!

    I'll for sure participate just to keep myself moti vated.. if looking at the pic she posted on FB isn't motivation enough... at first I was mad but then I turned it around... I mean if I was looking healthy and sexy I wouldn't be mad soooo its up to me right?
