  I stayed with the PISA simply because of the price point.  My friend has the Freestyle and I'm jealous of it now that i've been using the PISA all this time.  She puts on her bustier, puts the freestyle in the bustier too and walks around doing things while she pumps!! If I have to get up while pumping, I carry the PISA bag on my shoulder, but having that tiny Freestyle would be so much better
