I'm so stupid!

I bought a plastic toy for my son today and gave it to him straight from the packaging, then realized lots of other ppl have probably touched it and now I'm paranoid he's going to get sick because I didn't wash it first! Ughhhh tell me it'll be ok!

    I figure kids need some germs to help build immunity just look at it that way :)


    I have a Daughter born 2/26/2013. She is pretty much amazing!

    As my husband says, "every kid needs to eat a teaspoon of dirt every day."  I wouldn't worry about it.  Think about how much your baby puts his hands in his mouth - they are not clean.  It helps build their immunity!

    What are you going to do at parks or other public areas?  I am sure he will be fine.  They need to build up that immune system.

    he'll be fine. My husband gave my daughter a toy to look at babies R us, which she promptly stuck her mouth on and licked (we bought the toy)...
