I was wearing B in the K'tan while shopping at Sam's Club this afternoon and noticed an employee giving me a strange look, then he started cracking up. He stops me and goes, "I saw your hand on your stomach and thought 'Aww, she's pregnant'... but then I saw 2 little feet coming out and thought I might need to call 911" hahaha
