Benadryl dosing?

What are the guidelines for giving Benadryl to our LO's? I see the box of children's says not for kids under 2. Is there an infant version?

I'm pretty sure I gave LO the 1.25 dose just like Tylenol.

1/2 tsp! I've in and out of the doc this week trying to battle DD's sudden breakout in hives.
