If you have one, do you like it? Did you choose original, breeze or organic and why? Also like the other post said, was it true to the size chart on their website?
We have the original k'tan in eggplant and we love it! Chose original vs organic for the color option, and we figured LO would be wearing clothes so it wasn't as important to us to have an organic fabric against her skin. We didn't pick Breeze because I don't think I knew that it was an option
Runs true to size. We love it. I wear it around the house regularly as it allows us snuggle time but frees up my hands to do more stuff
Thanks! That's what I need, to be able to do things while snuggling. I can't wait to order one, I'm leaning toward the original vs. the breeze because I was thinking it would be nicer in the winter to avoid the mesh.
I bought a k'tan off eBay and though it is the size the website chart says I should wear it is so small that I cannot get it on, much less for my son in it. I am assuming that because it is used that it has shrunk - just a warning about that

We didn't end up getting a k'tan because I think by the time DS is home it will make sense for us to just wait and get a carrier that's made for older babies, but I had originally picked out the original in eggplant (love love love that color!) for all of these reasons, and tried on in-store and it seemed true to size.

This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts! DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome. 131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.
I'm a size 14 and got the size smaller (medium). I love it! Very easy to do and it can be done if you are home alone. I got the regular, I figure it's light weight enough for a short sleeve onesie and and it will be cooler somewhat soon. I am happy with my purchase.
I also have the original and used it with DD1. I have a medium and it fits us well. I'm normally a size 10-12 and have a shorter torso. Haven't used it with DD2 yet, but plan to this week. (She'll be 2 weeks on Tuesday).
I think I have the original. I reviewed it so I got it for free and I'm not 100% sure which one they sent. I got the small size. I was in between small and medium and they said to go smaller and base it off your pre-pregnancy size. I'm happy I did that. Even with 20 pounds of baby weight and big boobs it fits fine.

I have the regular and the breeze. I love my regular and it fits true to size. I am disappointed in the breeze - there is less flexibility and it is over an inch smaller compared to the original in the same size so it does not fit properly. I have to contact the company yet to see if there's anything we can do since I no longer have the packaging

The breeze runs a little smaller or doesn't stretch as much, in my experience. I like mine, but my lo is 5 weeks and isn't cooperating with the kangaroo hold right now. I'm hoping to try the hug hold soon.

If you wash and dry, they do shrink up quite a bit. Even with air drying, it felt like it shrunk. After washing, I would pull on the fabric a little to re-shape it and get the size back. Then I would only air dry. I've been using the original Ktan for all my kids. It amazing.
