Hunter arrived at 2:47am. We had a med-free birth after close to 2 days of early labour at home, 3 hours in the hospital and 20 minutes of pushing. He is 8lbs, 8oz and has lots of hair!
He also appears to have sepsis and will be in the NICU for 5-7 days on antibiotics. He's not feeling well enough to try to eat right now, so we're pumping to get my supply going while he's being fed through IV.
I'm exhausted, as I haven't slept in going on 3 days, but doing well, other than being overwhelmed. Would really appreciate your thoughts and prayers for my boy's speedy recovery and also that he would show an interest in feeding soon.
Here's a few pics. Will try to get caught up on everyone else over the next few days. Hope the other overdue babies arrived!
