Am I pregnant!? HELP!!

I got off of my ortha evra patch in May 2013, kept getting negatives and never received my period so I figured it was my body getting back to normal from my birth control. I started feeling very nauseous during July but didn't think anything of if, my husband and I went on vacation and when I came back I felt like I may be pregnant and I hasn't tested since May and I got a positive faint but noticeable enough, this morning I took another to confim and the lines VERY faint, I'm nervous we got our hopes up for nothing :/


Here's a picture, please give any advice possible or if it's happened to you what was the outcome?
