Ugh...Husband loves Sierra

Ok ladies thoughts on the name Sierra? Its not even on my short list but he has loved it since we first met. I like Sienna more than Sierra and his two cents is 'it's an ugly color'.

Any advise/help as to why I should add this name to our short list list in my head?

I hate it. That's why we didn't name DD Ciara, because I knew a lot of people would pronounce it Sierra.

How about Siena, the town in Italy? Sarah?

I like it, and I don't care for Sienna. Sierra was one of my mom's choices for me, but my dad killed it with, "But what if she's large?" We lived near the mountain range...I have to laugh.

I love the name Sierra, it's very popular with country folk. I think similar style names are Savannah or Nevada.

I don't hate it, but I don't really like it either. I prefer Siena to Sierra though, but that might be biased because I was just in Siena last week and it's beautiful.
