I know you're supposed to use FMU for an HPT because it's less diluted. My problem is the last few nights I've had to get up to pee in the middle of the night (trying not to believe this is an early symptom). So how long do you think I need to sleep in order for it to be considered FMU? For example, last night I peed right before I went to bed around 11:00, then I woke up around 4am and peed, and then I woke up again around 10am and peed. I tested then, but I'm only at 10DPO, so it's too early for it to be very accurate, plus I don't know if I should really think of that as FMU. I'm a POAS-aholic, so I plan to test every day from now on. But testing more than once a day makes me feel like a crazy person. So, assuming this pattern continues, do you think I'd be better off using middle of the night urine, or first morning urine?
Also, most of next week I'll have to wake up around 6 or 7:00 instead of sleeping in like I have been. So that would be different than today when there were 6 hours between the two.
Re: FMU question
Maybe you can catch that one and save to test when you get up the second time.
You woke up at 10:00am??!! Wow, I am jealous. What a luxury.
Now to answer your question, I would test when you wake up at 10:00am because there is enough time in between the two wake ups. GL!!
