Just came back from BRU

I wish I had about $1000, there was a reason why I hadn't stepped foot in a baby store during my pregnancy and until now. I bought a few Baby Einstein toys and clothes and spent $150. Apparently the mall literally next to the Toys R' Us was shot up while we were shopping. Damn.

Anyways, what purchases have you made for LO or what do you really want for LO right now?

Yeah, I didn't know it while I was shopping either. I came home and there it was on the news. I was confused because I didn't see an increase in police. Apparently the shooter is still loose.

I want to buy super hero outfits but I don't know anywhere that sells them... and I want to buy a range of hoodies with ears and horns because I cannot get enough cuteness.

I am obsessed with buying toys for Rhys because he is finally grabbing and shaking them. We love love love the oball, he has a regular one and a rattle one. Anything that makes noise is a hit right now, as well as pretty much anything that he can easily navigate into his mouth.

I recently got the fisher-price piano play mat (thanks to recommendations on here) and LO LOVES IT! Best purchase made. We had another one before and she would be bored after a few minutes...this one she will play forever on it (thanks ladies)!

The other toy that LO likes is baby Einstein take along tunes. I actually got it at my shower and just found it the other day. It keeps her entertained and can distract her when she is upset. It has saved me in car rides many times!

Just bought her an exersaucer (will arrive next week). Other than that I've bought a few $5 toys now that she is playing with them and a foam floor thing when she started rolling.

Have you seen the actually oball rattle ? It's a rattle with two small Oballs at each end. LO loves it too.

Can't stop buying clothes. Other than that, I WAS all set until I discovered that Step n/ Play piano that somebody mentioned above. Now I"m obsessed. Must have.

I went to the mall to buy a gift for a birthday party came out with 5 new outfits for DD #-o . I am going to go broke! I am also dying to buy her a junperoo probably will this weekend!

My problem is clothes. I love buying my LO clothes. I'll take her for a walk around the mall and inevitably I end up stopping in a store and buying her something. Usually it's off the sale rack, and I don't buy anything expensive.

If you have Buybuy Baby near you... now THAT is a dangerous store! So many things you didn't think you needed but when you see it, you want it!

My kids have all liked the Exersaucer so far. I love it too because it gets them upright without me having to hold them.

The piano mat sounds fun too, but I don't have any personal experience with it.

If anyone has a store called once upon a time in their area I highly recommend for clothes. It's a resale shop..so you can sell any buy there. Very very often I walk out with 10+ outfits with over half of them with tags still on, last week, 11 outfits, 33 bucks... Makes it very hard to justify full price, especially when she is growing out of stuff so fast!
