I'm bored so WFD? I'm making broccoli cheese quiche and salad. Vinho verde to drink. Then blueberries were mega on sale so I will make a blueberry cobbler or maybe a crumble. I can't decide.
Sounds good bb! We spent the day out at the farmers market, antique store and garage sales for "retail therapy". We snacked on and off so we skipped lunch. We picked up a Little Ceasers pizza on the way home. Gross? Yes. But I couldn't fathom the thought of cooking tonight. Or spending a bunch on food.
Will you come cook for me? I'm ready for summer to be over and go back to work so I can get back to eating frozen dinners and not think about what to cook for dinner.
That being said, I haven't made Mac and cheese in awhile and that sounds good tonight. I may sauté up some elk summer sausage (yes usually not meant to be warm) to go with it.
We are heading to a wedding reception. I believe the menu is roast beef. I am not sure. All I know, is that I know the caterers and they are amazing cooks, so what ever it is, will be amazing.
DH brought home some BBQ from a local hole in the wall family run restaurant. Ribs, links, pulled pork, mac n cheese, cornbread beans and an order of their rendition of chili cheese fries. Finger lickin good I tell ya!!
I did the color run this morning, so it was a well deserved meal!

You're making me look bad. We're having doctored Annies organic mac and cheese with black beans, siracha, tomatoes and various other garden goodies thrown in. We're not too fancy tonight (or any night, it seems). Drinking Founders All Day IPA and loving it so at least I have that going for me.

We had leftover fries rice I made last night. @Baker_Bride that all sounds so delicious. How do you have the time or energy for that?
I second this question. Do you take speed? Be honest with us...no one can read this page. It's totally private. This is a safe place. ;;) No speed but tons of caffeine.
Seriously though, crumbles take five minutes to throw together, especially when you use berries because you don't even need to cut them up.
