What month,and what did you get? Or what do you want? Mine is in November,and I want the 8.9" Kindle Fire. I have the 2nd generation kindle and love it but I would like something more portable than my enormous laptop for the net.

    My artist is designing one. I told him I want something flowery with some sort of motherhood symbolism in there. Colors w should be blue, purple, pink, and some accents of whatever he feels.

    Mine is in a couple weeks, Aug 27, and honestly, I want an adult dinner with DH and friends.  I'm sure my parents will take Morgan so it might be a reality.

    Mine's in Dec..exactly 2 weeks before DD's. My parents are paying for our tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party while we're at WDW in Nov...I have no idea what I'll ask for from DH...

    Mine's on Monday and I'd like a massage certificate and childcare arranged so I can go to it.  We're off to Greece on Tuesday, so I'm counting that as part of the celebration! :)

    To answer the original question, I have lots of time to think about it, so I have no idea yet. I was super pregnant last year on my bday, so I'd love a night out w/some wine. And I want to go shopping and get some cute new shoes.

    I have the 1st gen Kindle, Kindle Fire, and Nexus 7 (not trying to brag here).  Unless you have Amazon Prime and want to take advantage of Amazon On Demand, I suggest going with the Nexus 7.  It performs so much better than the Kindle Fire with regard to browsing the net.  Also, there are so many more apps available for the Nexus 7 compared to the Amazon products.  Just my 2 cents. 
    @j3nnyb, Thanks,that's good to know! I probably wouldn't use it for reading at all,I am so spoiled by e-ink. I'll look into the Nexus 7. I haven't done any research of course,I just saw the Kindle Fire was all ZOMG I want that!

    Mines December 14th and DH is December 29th so we normally do something nice together. This year I'm thinking we will go to a local dinner theater and get a babysitter for LO.

    Inexpensive as far as tablets go. I got mine last year as a xmas gift, the 10' color was I think it was 199. If go to the nexus website it should tell you.

    Mine is on Wednesday! Starting the last year of my 20's! :) I'm getting a mani/pedi (MIL's gift to me) and a massage (cashing in Mother's Day gift) the day before. I'm so looking forward to the me-time!:) Getting to go jeans shopping might also be nice...I wore holes through the knees of my favorite pair crawling after the babies lol.
