This week's progress: I finally lost a couple of pounds!

GTKY: Do you consider yourself athletic or just a person who happens to exercise from time to time?
I am not athletic by any means. I always wanted to be, but I was the kind of kid who needed training and practice (which my parents weren't on board with). I grew up to be a brainy person who exercises from time to time and watches SYTYCD with a lot of wistfulness.
I exercise but no I'm not athletic. The moms slow softball pitch league I was on politely asked me to quit lol. I'm athletically challenged, really bad.
Goal weight: 130
Progress: I finally got in all 9 workouts for the week
GTKY: I'm an endurance athlete and I'm 6 weeks into my training for my first Half Ironman in October. I've only done one other triathlon (a sprint tri in 2011 right before getting pregnant), so I know I'm crazy for taking this sucker on. It's been tough getting all my workouts in because DS's sleep has gone to poop in the past few weeks.
As far as sports are concerned, I like to play but I'm not very coordinated to be any good. I'm a runner and I'm afraid of softballs/baseballs!
