Gave LO a teaspoon of rice cereal last night and now today he has diarrhea and has been spitting up with each feeding. Do you think this could be from the cereal? I should mention he is on Nutragimen an takes Prevacid daily for reflux.

Could be!! From what I understand their digestive systems are still developing. You can probably wait a while before trying again, especially with the issues he's already having with digestion.

I know every baby is different. But we tried a little cereal around 8 weeks to help with reflux and it constipated DS so we stopped. We started him on cereal again last week after he made 4 months and he's doing fine with it.

Definitely could be although my doc said that the cereal often helps with reflux / diarrhea issue
