Med Alert Bracelet

Can anyone recommend a good online site for med alert bracelets for children. I'm just looking for one of those bracelets that have a couple of lines of need to know info engraved on it.

DS, DH, and I all have road id tags for our shoes and DS has a bracelet.

I have one of the velcro bracelets with a waterproof paper tab inside for my DD1. We used it at Disney. It was legible but I think the inside tab would need to be replaced regularly if we were using it day-to-day. I liked that it had no personal info on the outside/easily readable, but it was still clearly marked as a medical ID bracelet.

I used this site for disposable ID bracelets for DD2 for Disney. Mostly because I had a deal-site coupon for the site. They worked well.
