Baby shower gifts for host(s)

My best friend is throwing me a baby shower tomorrow and I am on cloud nine! I couldn't sleep last night and I still have another night to go haha. But the question I have is that she has enlisted the help of my sister, my mom and MIL. Sister is doing the prizes for the games, my mom and MIL are providing the food. Do I get each of them something as a thank you or just my friend who is the technical "host"? If I should get them something what would you recommend? I already got my friend a Starbucks gift card in a cute little mug she can take to work as a thank you.

I am in a similar situation. My older sister is hosting the shower, paying for everything, and flying in from out of state just to do the shower. I am still shopping but planning on getting her a pricier thank you gift considering how much work and expense it means for her. My younger sister and a friend are also helping her with the shower but they live locally and will just be helping with setup, cleanup, etc. so I am getting them each a small gift in the $10 range and a thank you card.
Ok that sounds reasonable! I can do smaller Starbucks cards for everyone else and a thank you card. Everyone loves a good latte.

I would get them all something, but maybe something bigger for the main hostess?
    This is what I did...
