Dusted off the treadmill

DH insisted before he left for work that I should dust off the treadmill and use it (kinda wanted to hit him, but he means well). This was my first time working out since we found out at 6 weeks, I'm 12 weeks now, I had just not felt up to it at all feeling nauseous and tired all the time. Gave it a go today and felt amazing! Before I was working out consistently and running both outdoor and on the treadmill, felt so good too feel like my old self :-) Just wanted to AW :)

  • Good for you!!  I've been feeling pretty crappy and think exercising would really help my self esteem.  I'm waiting until school starts to see if I even have the time to go to the gym before I pay for a membership.

  • With my two kids I never bothered joining a gym, I just YouTube fitness blender workouts (which are amazing and they have tons to choose from!) at home and run outside. I'm hoping feeling good like this lasts, it feels so nice :)
  • Haven't been working out either because of feeling crappy... your story is inspiring and I think it's time for me also :)
  • I just went for a run/walk. Holy smokes has my insurance gone down! I took it easy though and it felt good :)
