Huggies Little Swaddlers

Anyone else have issues with these? Seems like every blow out happens when wearing this type. We were given a bunch of diapers at showers and haven't had to buy any yet so I'm not complaining. Just curious whether its just a coinsidence or something with that brand.

Re: Huggies Little Swaddlers

  • I think a lot of the ladies on this board had that problem (topic has been discussed). I think for NB,1,2diapets this board is mostly pampers and up &up people. U should exchange ur unopened packages :) we did

  • I don't have any issues with Huggies or any other type of diaper really (I've used Pampers, Huggies, Up & Up, and Walmart brand).  I've probably had more blow outs in pampers really, but I would be wondering if your baby is in the right size?  Usually if you get an increase in blowouts, it's time to increase the size.

TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

  • We used Huggies in NB size and they leaked constantly. Switched to pampers and up and up and haven't had that problem since
  • I do think that it depends on your baby. We loved Pampers when DS was a newborn, but now they leak more for us than Huggies... I think because they're so rectangular/straight. Someone gave us a while case of Luvs and DS blew out every time he pooped, it was awful. Then I got sme Huggies in the same size and they work great. We have th little movers though.

  • I use huggies, my son pees so much, after one time in pampers is enough or else they leak that gel crap everywhere. I like the little swaddlers they are softer than the snug n' dry.

  • I also think it depends on the baby. DD leaked constantly in Huggies but we have never had a problem with Pampers.
  • Pampers all the way!! I exchanged all the Huggies we got after all the blow outs.

Ugh we have several blowouts a week and leaking pee with Huggies. Can't wait until the bulk box we got on sale at Costco to be gone so I can go back to Pampers or Up&Up

  • I was ok with pampers until this week when we moved up to size three and ds now has a rash and blows out every single day! Moving back to huggies!
  • I am a huggies hater. DD would blow out of them every time. Luckily we only had one box that we were given. Those leftovers are now the emergency diaper stash because I couldnt bear to use up the rest. I love pampers! I miss them. We're currently working on a giant box of costco brand diapers that someone gave us. Not a big fan of them either, although they have been better than the huggies.

Size 3?!? Wow! We are still in 1s.
  • Im a huggies person,se would blow out constantly with pampers. I think it does depend on the baby.
  • If I had a dollar for every blow out I've had with pampers! I don't have any issues with huggies.
