I just want to pump 4moms customer service. I bought a mamaroo for DD and its been great. Last night it had this little hiccup motion. Tried it again today and its fine. I emailed 4moms to ask about it and they are shipping me a new base, even though it seems to be fine now! They got back to me within a few minutes each time I emailed. Awesome customer service!! I know their products are pricey, but they definitely stand behind them!!
