  They are cherry angioma's, most likely, and are normal. Petechiae would indicate something abnormal.

  Is it like PUPPS?  Just small little red dots that don't itch and are not raised?

  Nope, neither. They look like a tiny blood needle prick. I have cherry angiomas...those are slightly raised. These aren't. They look like petechiae.

  I had gotten them before and they had gone away. I bruise really easy. No clotting problems...I had labs done two weeks ago, I will get the results this morning.

  Yes - like little broken capillaries under the skin. I have them on my neck and chest. Not very attractive and I really hope they go away.

  I had a few before, but have noticed a lot more since becoming pregnant. Never had any clotting problems - just very fair skin that blushes and spots easily.

  They could be telangiectasia I have had them pop up all over my body, but they disappear with pressure. It's a vascular issue and I get them from my auto-immune problems but I know the ones that I have are a lot more visible now that I am pregnant. It's most likely isn't this but it's a possibility and would be a good idea to make sure they aren't.

  I have them. Little red dots all on my chest (not boobs) and shoulders. I started noticing them a few months into pregnancy. But I would see one or two before then in random areas. They've just multiplied since being KU. I even have one under my nose. Flat red dots all up on me.

  
  

  
  

  ETA- actually what I noticed pre-pregnancy were raised. These are flat.

  That looks like what I have too - flat red dots that don't itch and are not raised at all.  They are about the size of a needle prick.  I had them with DS1 too.  My doctor said it was a minor case of PUPPS.  They cleared up shortly after having DS.  I had no complications from it.
  
  ETA:  They are mostly on my chest, stomach, and arms.

  I've had them this pregnancy. Mine were showing up in letter form at first which freaked me out but now they just come and go. The doc ran some extra blood work and isn't too concerned. I'm just supposed to keep an eye on them.

  I had a docs appointment this morning...he looked at them and had no concerns. My labs were all pretty normal. The only thing off was my Blood count. Normal is 38 I was 37.2 so slightly low. He mentioned those dots were petechiae and it's caused my extra estrogen and extra blood (I think that's what he said) lol
