Gift for nanny

DS is going to be starting Daycare in September, and our nanny has been with us since he was 3 months old.  It's bittersweet because I'm so excited for DS to be able to spend his days around other kids, I really grew to love our nanny.  I'd like to get her a gift to say thank you and just don't know what it should be.  I want it to be more personal than just giving her cash like a holiday bonus.

    How about a necklace with a heart or your LO's birthstone? I gave our DCP a little angel pendant once but she's pretty religious so I knew it would go over. I also started a Pandora bracelet for her but that's probably best when you want to keep adding to it.
