After 20 weeks of debating and needing to go all the way to the VP of the company for approval, I finally got approval to work from home part time during the last part of my mat leave. This will let me stay at home with the baby for a full 15 weeks instead of just 11 or 12. The last 3 to 5 weeks will have me working at home for 10 to 15 hours a week.
I mean, in a perfect world, I'd never have to go back, but I'll take it!
