Skidderdo and then I sort of started this check-in thread last week (week before?) about weight and health and fitness and then we had babyrashgate2013 over here and I fell off the wagon.
So I thought I'd start this check-in today for us to post about our accomplishments in getting back in shape, or talk about goals.
Thursday is my weigh in day for Weight Watchers, and I'm happy to report a 1.5 lb loss this week, which means I've lost 20 lbs since I joined -- for a total of 70 since birth, putting me about 20 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight. I've been doing a good job at eating healthy breakfasts and planning good, healthy dinners.
I didn't do a great job with exercise this week so my goal is to incorporate morning workouts once LO is FULLY through his little sickness.
I also need to start packing a lunch but baby steps.
Today -- need to drink lots and lots of water!
How about you guys?
ETA - and apparently I cannot do math. That's 20 lbs since rejoining WW and 50 since giving birth. Jeez.

I'm still not working out like I should, but its hard to find the time. I'm hoping to start c25k soon.
BFP #2: 11-7-14, CP (BFN: 11-13-14)
BFP #3: 3/24/15 EDD: 12/5/15
Recovery has been slow going for me after an emergency C-section and pretty severe diastasis recti which lead to a significant back injury (And PT). So while I dumped quite a bit right away (about 30 of the 37lbs I had gained in PG), I was a little overweight to begin with before I got pregnant.
Exercise has been touch and go b/c just as I was healing and doing a little cardio at the gym, my back went out on me again. So, I've joined WW and have lost 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks, my next weigh in is tomorrow. My first goal is a loss of 10lbs, I hope to see that in the next few weeks as well as be able to at least start walking or do some form of mild exercise!
Wow you ladies have done an awesome job!
I gained 50 lbs with LO#2. I lost 22 lbs almost immediately and another 5 once I started exercising at 5 wks pp. But since then I can't seem to move the scale. I work out hard 3-4 times a week (run 4-5miles / body pump / zumba). So I'm good with the exercise part but I'm struggling with the eating part. My diet is generally healthy but I think my issue is portion control. I tried WW but I've been struggling to stick to it. In addition, I have a hypothyroid disease so losing weight is a little harder for me. I'm starting to get frustrated! I'm going to see my endocrineologist tomorrow. Hopefully she can help me somehow.
I gained 70 lbs and lost all but 10lbs with LO#1, over the course of a year. So I know I can do it but it just sucks because it definitely wasn't an easy road for me.
btw, I'm still pumping 4x a day so I don't want to cut out too much and decrease my already low supply.
Thanks lady - I have quite a bit of weight to lose still, even though I have lost the pregnancy weight... I was significantly overweight (unfortunately) before getting pregnant. So I'd still like to lose about 40 lbs...
I like that idea of having nights "off." I don't have a gym membership right now, but I do have a treadmill in the basement and lots of weights / bands / BOSU trainer... I am a better morning exerciser, so that is my goal... maybe we can reverse it, each of us get a night off for "whatever," and then we take turns more in the mornings... he's worthless in the mornings but if he could do 2 week days and 1 weekend morning, ti would be awesome.
Ughh I have that problem too if my weight doesn't change for several days, I have been known to "give up" and eat ice cream haha. I am trying to look at this more as a lifestyle change for that reason. It's not a "diet" that I'm going to quit... I am just trying to eat lots of fruits and veggies and make healthier choices all the time.

This is me too...
So this week I have to start exercising again! I think I will start with the Wii and see where it goes from there.
