WWYD Busy month

So I was kind of wanting to do something big for DH's birthday this year, he is turning 30 on the 30th of December. I had always wanted to do something nice for his golden birthday. I still want to do something big but I'm due on the 10th and don't know if I will have the energy for it. We also have a lot of other things that month, Christmas being the obvious one, the 17th he is supposed to pin on his captain rank and then the emotional one is our loss anniversary is the 27th. I don't want his birthday to go unnoticed. He is the best thing to ever happen in my life and I want him to have a great birthday. WWYD? I am kind of thinking surprise party at a friends house if I can arrange it but I just don't know.

What about a surprise party Nov 30th? I'd suggest before baby comes.

I would agree with the pp and try to do it a little early, he won't be expecting it at all! Being due on the 10th, you could very well wind up with a baby that's only a week old on the 30th, you may not be ready for a party.

Thanks ladies I'll reach out to a few of our friends and see if anyone is willing to host/help out. Early is a great idea! I should have been able to think of that I guess haha!
