Stroller Ride

My LO is 2 and a half weeks old.  How soon can I take him for a stroller ride?

    We went out to the park across the street at 3 days. Stayed away from people and made sure he was covered decently well.

    Why would you not take him on a stroller ride?? Not trying to be snarky, honestly curious what would be a danger to riding in the stroller?

    This... I'm confused at where the question is coming from. The heat and sun has limited us some, but we have popped the car seat in the stroller for several walks already.
