I'd read a study a couple years ago that said the longer it took a couple to conceive, the higher the chances that the baby they carried to term would be a boy. Something about y-chromosome sperm being stronger and faster than x-chromosome sperm. Not all PGALs have infertility, and male factor infertility in particular where sperm strength and mobility comes into play more, but maybe more of us do than the general population? It'd be interesting if that was skewing our odds toward having boys.
