My kid sucks at eating....

anyone else? he sucks at eating purees and real food. he'll put a piece of food in his mouth, swish it around a little bit and spit it out. sometimes he gets it again and gets it down, sometimes he doesnt. feeding him purees is hit or miss... sometimes he's into it, sometimes he isnt.

anything i can do to make it better?

    We went through this about a month ago. 

    It got better eventually when DD got better / more interested in table foods. I just kept offering both finger foods and purees, and while SUPER frustrating, we got through it. I kept trying different things (and the same things) - lots of variety - and then we found stuff she was excited about.

    Yup, it'll get better. They won't eat purees for ever. Just keep trying, don't push it or worry, just try.
