Xmas card pic... WDYT?

Based on comments last night, I opted not to use the siggy pic, but this one instead. She wasn't in the greatest of moods and she's been sick, so there were only a couple of good pics. WDYT? I'm kind of bothered by her vacant stare.

    ya know, that outfit is so cute...I bet it would look much better in full light.  The light pictures are better wiht naked babies.  Have you considered forgoing the xmas lights?

    I would also use full lighting and ditch the christmas lights. If you have it, throw in a santa hat and a guitar hero guitar. Totally play up the "santa Rocks" part. LOL

    I honestly don't love either of them for a card.  DS has been sick too, so I know what it's like trying to get a good pic when they just don't feel good, and you're trying to get your cards out.  I might try again, and maybe nix the lights.  We had the hardest time trying to get a good pic of DS without it being too dark.  If the lighting was right, he had a sad face, or he'd be smiling but the pic was too dark.  And we had alot of blurry.  Light pics are just so hard, and next to impossible if your baby isn't cooperating.  I took over 80 pics and still didn't get one that I love.  Maybe try something with some ornaments or presents in full light.

    Thank you. I took a couple of pics of her playing with an ornament in full light. I plan on doing more pictures in this outfit when she feels better. The damn tutu just arrived on Saturday - WELL OVER A WEEK after I ordered it Sad So I'm running out of time on the Xmas cards.

    I like both of them but I would use the top one where she is looking at the camera.

    Yeah I have a santa hat, but she wouldn't keep it on. I'm going to try again on Xmas Day. I like your idea of the "Rocking" theme though... I'll have to try that!
